Services

Fredrickson Transaction Processing Services provide a range of financial transaction processing options, including Call Centre, On-Line, and Post.

Call Centre

Our state-of-the-art call centre in Surrey is managed by a dedicated Team of Professionals. The motivated staff handle in excess of 10,000 calls per day.

Call Centre operating hours:

Mon- Thu 08.00 - 21.00
Friday 08.00 - 20.00
Saturday 08.00 - 13.00

The agents software has all been developed in-house by our own computer programmers and is highly sophisticated.

A predictive dialler is utilised for outbound calling campaigns and an Avaya ACD system handles and manages all inbound traffic.

Each agent is able to take credit and debit card payments over the telephone which are immediately approved or declined thanks to our fulltime connection to a Credit Card processing server.

In addition to card payments, the agents can set up direct mandates electronically and arrange for funds to be transferred on the fly.

On-Line

Our secure website was developed in conjunction with the company responsible for the online banking website smile.co.uk - security was the primary concern.

Online Payment Site - fredpay.comUsers who register with the service can make payment by credit or debit card immediately, arrange a direct debit mandate, request a payment card, check their balance, request a call back, set up an email or SMS reminder alert and more.

The website can be re-badged to suit a clients requirements or an intranet version is available to enable your own call centre staff to take credit or debit card payments where previously this was not feasible.

Post
